After many years of increasing productivity with Encompass®, Googain, Inc. integrated eClose into their operations, and never looked back. Currently, more than 70% of Googain’s loans are being eClosed with ICE Mortgage Technology™. Adopting eMortgage has made them more efficient, and has increased the speed and accuracy of their closing documentation. Reducing errors in the loan package made loan deliveries much easier, and they’ve been able to sell loans faster upon delivery.

Using an Encompass® API, they developed a web-based integration that enables instant sharing of loan data, closing figures, important comments, and crucial updates with their affiliated title company. They have eliminated the “stare & compare” process of reviewing the physical Closing Disclosure to determine discrepancies by automating the analysis. And the list goes on and on.

The entire team at Lennar Mortgage has embraced a forward-thinking approach to determine if there is a better way to facilitate an efficient process. Leveraging technology and strategic partnerships, including Velocify® by ICE Mortgage Technology™, Mr. Cooper has built intuitive systems that move their customers’ desires from inquiry to origination. Their customers expressed that they wanted to engage digitally for new originations needs, but at the time, Mr. Cooper only supported traditional call-in methods. After hearing this feedback, they have added the ability to see current interest rates, chat online, get pricing instantly and proceed with a loan application through prompt contact from their licensed team. These features have positively impacted conversion success rates over time and have positioned Mr. Cooper for further improvements to the customer experience.

ValueLink Software is an ICE Mortgage Technology™ Partner that offers an appraisal management system. They have been working with ICE Mortgage Technology customer Vandyk Mortgage to help them significantly improve the efficiency of their valuation process. This has enabled them to close more loans at a faster pace than ever before.

By automating the appraisal process from order assignment to report, turn times were reduced by more than 15%. Automation also sped up processes and eliminated errors in review tools, field mapping, and appraisal delivery. Built-in data and analytics tools make it easier to look closely at order data and make faster decisions. ValueLink also enabled Vandyk to expand their vendor panel by connecting them to over 40,000 appraisers across the nation.

The ValueLink team worked very closely with the VanDyk Mortgage team throughout the adoption process and the collaborative effort resulted in the implementation being completed in record time. They were available to train the users, help eliminate bottlenecks, and address any issues that came up during and after the implementation. As a result, VanDyk Mortgage became one of the first ValueLink customers to order appraisals using Encompass Partner Connect™.
