Legacy service ordering are orders that are placed through ICE Mortgage Technology Partner Network, TQL Services, or ePass.
We encourage you to engage with your service provider, all providers that are available on EPC can be found on the Marketplace here.
No, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac services are not part of this transition currently. You will be able to continue to use the services password management via Encompass to order services from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
