Hands-on training to improve the experience for employees and customers
When employee turnover and other challenges began to impact their customers, Fulton Bank knew it was time to engage the experts at ICE. After working with the Professional Services team on how to get the most out of the MSP® loan servicing system, customer complaints were back to regular levels. The training also reduced stress in Fulton Bank’s back office as employees gained new confidence in how they were doing their work.
